With a pre-shoot moodboard session, creative direction, and the option to incorporate props, we capture modern, elevated portraits and on-brand visuals that bring your business story to life.

RAPID HEADSHOTS FOR TEAMS

Make your team look united and professional in a single session. Our team headshot experience captures each team member’s personality while keeping a consistent, elevated style, giving you visuals that work across your website, marketing, and social channels.

Up to 5 people: 25 fully edited images
Up to 10 people: 40 fully edited images
Headshots for each team member plus group shots

for socials

We’ll create 2 ready-to-post short reels (15–30 seconds each) from your shoot. You’ll also receive the original footage to use however you like. If you’d like to include a talking video, let us know by emailing after checkout so we can make a plan with you.

Brand Introduction Video

A premium video option for socials or your website, capturing your voice and presence on camera. This isn’t available at checkout. We’ll confirm via your pre-shoot questionnaire if you’d like to add it.

FAQs

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session.
This ensures we can start on time and gives you space to settle in, adjust outfits, and get comfortable.
We recommend clean, modern, elevated outfits in colours that complement your brand.
- Headshots Package: You’re welcome to do a quick outfit change — swap a top, add a blazer, or adjust layers for variety.
- Brand Imagery Package: Bring 2–3 outfits to capture a wider range of looks and moods.
Headshots are fast and focused — designed to capture polished, professional portraits for LinkedIn, websites, and team profiles.
Brand imagery is more creative and versatile, capturing a range of portraits, lifestyle-style imagery, and details that express your brand identity. These sessions produce around 30 edited photos, depending on flow, and include a pre-shoot consultation to maximise your final results.
Individual headshots: 15 edited images
Teams up to 5: 25 edited images

Yes — all team sessions include individual headshots plus group photos
Yes! Bring anything that helps tell your brand story — laptops, notebooks, tools of your trade, coffee, etc.
List these in the pre-shoot questionnaire so we can plan around them.
Absolutely.
We'll guide you through flattering poses, small styling tweaks, and ways to feel natural and confident throughout your session.
All final edited photos, reels and video footage will be delivered within 2 weeks.
Behind-the-Scenes Video Footage
Short video clips captured during your session (no speaking). Delivered straight from our camera — perfect for socials.
Edited Social Reels
We create two 15–30 second reels using footage captured during your shoot.
Speaking content is not included in these reels — if you'd like speaking videos, see below.
Speaking Videos
Anyone can add a speaking video (e.g., intro video, brand message, short reel).
These require additional time and cost, and need to be planned in advance.
Let us know by emailing us after check out if you're interested and we’ll discuss options with you.
Brand Introduction Video (with sound)
A polished talking video ideal for your website or socials. Not available at checkout — we’ll contact you after booking to discuss this add-on.
You’ll receive:
- Confirmation of your package and session time
- A pre-shoot questionnaire
- A guide with everything you need for the day
Your questionnaire helps us plan your poses, props, shot list, and overall creative direction.
If you booked the Brand Imagery Package, we'll also be in touch to schedule your pre-shoot consultation call.
Sessions are tightly scheduled. If you arrive late, we’ll still need to finish at your original end time.
Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes early.
As the shoot date is close, refunds are not available.
If you can no longer make it and need to transfer your booking to someone else, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
